But No, I had to go and do something to change it. I stepped on my poor little weighing scale. I’m sure if it had a voice, it would say,”get off me! Don’t you have mercy?” But ha ha, it didn’t. The needle slides down and shows me a kilogram less. By now, my eyes are open wide and I wonder if something is wrong with the scale. So I step down and look if the needle is at zero position to begin with. And yes, it was! I step up and down the scale thinking something is wrong with it and only to slowly realise yes, I did lose a kilogram in the last few days with absolutely null effort. I reflected back on all that I ate. Hmm….I remember the pizza, the mayonnaise, chocolate cake and salted chips. Yes, one healthy food habit that is – and all I can do is smile. Yes, unbelievably true, I lost a kilogram with no effort.  This video is all that came to my mind every time I think about it. This started kicking in questions on how this happened, so I ended up reading on calories, calorie counters, food journals, etc etc and all I can say is feels pretty much the same when I ate a serving of chocolate fudge and a packet of chips while reading up all that information! Without a glitch of guilt, I can blindly say, we’re all here for a little while, enjoy everything for we might be gone tomorrow. With all said and done, I’m sure I won’t be back to haunt the weighing scale. And I’m sure not going to step on it for a couple of days more, till I’m thoroughly convinced miracles do happen. * Giggles * Less said the better perhaps, why jinx what is happening, right? A typical foodaholic and sedentary queen who doesn’t care less about the whole weight-hype. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention, I do discuss quite about it at Obesity which is in UAE? Ohh, the vicious circle continues, no beginning, no middle and most definitely – no end.
